Coach and Consultant Catherine Oleksiw of Measured Transitions Recently Featured on Close Up Radio

PLANO, TX, UNITED STATES, June 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Catherine Oleksiw PhD, PCC is an accomplished professional who represents different things to different people and business segments. She has spent a good part of her career in state government, working with school districts or in higher education, teaching and managing graduate programs of psychology. She runs her own consulting and coaching business. Her work as a coach is both in tandem with other consulting assignments and independently. The underlying motif is her gift for guidance and direction. Using her experience, a talent for analytics, and a distinct holistic approach, she structures a path to change, performance management, and optimal outcomes.

Catherine is becoming well known at Close Up Radio and has conducted an extensive series with the two hosts. Each time she brings valuable tips and a fresh perspective to common issues leaders face. She advises and consults with key decision makers in universities and nonprofit entities. Dr. O, as she is affectionately known, is a skilled educator, speaker, coach, and trainer whose research, assessment, and evaluation skills are helpful for leaders regardless of the business climate in which they operate.

As Catherine began training clients in the implementation and ongoing use of their programs and systems, she realized that she was coaching her clients, too, in cultivating an accountability mindset. To further develop her coaching skills, she studied at a coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She obtained her ICF Associate Coach Certification and then went on to earn her ICF Professional Coach Certification. She has been an ICF-certified coach for over ten years.

Dr. O. is recognized as an educator, speaker, coach, and facilitator and the owner of Measured Transitions LLC, a coaching and consulting small business that focuses on organizational mission and that alignment with strategic goals, program objectives, and outcomes. Establishing this practice was a natural offshoot of her educational training in Educational Psychology with a specialty in Measurement and Evaluation.

“My work is always layered. With the same client, I might have one-on-one sessions with senior management, do group coaching with the work team, and engage top-level directors or the C-suite in leadership coaching. I support everyone in the organization in getting more comfortable with new systems and the related processes and procedures. I provide time and space for my clients to acclimate to change and get comfortable with the inevitable speed bumps along the way to successful implementation.”

This is an excellent opportunity to listen to and learn from a subject matter expert in measurement and systems thinking that embraces the power of numbers within the context of the hopes and dreams of real people doing their best for the organization and themselves in the process. Catherine is that definitive authority, and she has been published and appeared in media, such as Who’s Who from whom she received a Lifetime Achievement Award. She has stellar educational credentials that include a PhD in Educational Psychology: Measurement and Evaluation and a master’s in psychology and education. She has taught courses in Research Methods and Statistics at both graduate and undergraduate levels and continues to provide dissertation advisement to doctoral students.

Dr. O says the only constant thing is change and she delights in opportunities to engineer it. In her last episodes, she focused on the concept of change management. In this coming series, she will examine the role that leadership plays in driving the success of an organization. Applying her proven skills in coaching to the leadership tier is a challenge she eagerly accepts.

In her storied career, Dr. O has taken on the role of coach numerous times, particularly with executive leadership and also high potentials seeking to step up on the next rung of their career ladder. One notable engagement that lasted nearly 7 years was for the Federal Government. Do not miss this opportunity to learn from her deep dive into leadership coaching.
